All participants must be registered at the Registration desk at the conference venue.
At the Registration desk each participant will receive a Conference badge and package with other materials and information. The conference badge serves as an identification and only badge holders will be granted access to all parts of the Conference (additional programme included). So please remember it will be necessary to wear your badge visibly for all duration of the Conference.

WiFi: each participant will receive login information at the Registration desk (Eduroam WiFi network is accessible in the building)
Computer room (Room 54, 5th floor): free acces to PC for all participants
A4 printer (Room 33, 3rd floor) available free

The length of the presentation: around 15 minutes
Make sure you attend the conference a bit earlier (15 min) to prepare the props.

Recommended formats:

  • Powerpoint presentations (ppt and pptx files)
  • PDF
  • any audio or video file, that can be played in VLC player
  • common images (such as png and jpg files)

Technical equipment:
The conference will be equipped with a computer video projector and a computer that is connected to the projector for each oral presentation room. Every room is equipped with Windows 10 computer with MS Office 2016 suite, VLC player, image viewer and Adobe pdf reader and internet access. It’s possible to use a USB flash drive, but we recommend having a backup on the internet (email, cloud…).
In most rooms is possible to connect your own laptop, but we recommend using the computer in a room, as it’s the safest option for everything to work.
