Call for PhD Students in Political Communication and Journalism Studies
At the Department of Media Studies and Journalism at Masaryk University we are looking for new motivated PhD students to join our research community.

The department is one of the key academic departments in the Czech Republic dedicated to research of media, journalists and media audiences, as well as the education of future journalists and media and communication analysts.
For students from abroad who want to complete a full course at Masaryk University, the department offers two bachelor's programs taught in English (Politics, media, and communication and Culture, media, and performative arts), as well as the possibility of a doctoral program in media and journalism studies.
Exchange students coming to us under the Erasmus+ program and other exchange programs can choose from a wide range of English-taught courses in journalism and media and communication studies.

Rental will exceptionally be closed on Thursday 27 March and Friday 28 March.
Exceptionally, it will be possible to rent equipment for longer than the normal 7 days if the return date falls on one of these days. At the same time, rentals due to be returned on these days will be automatically extended.
